Host/Hostess
The candidate must be friendly, work well within a team, and enjoy a busy, thriving and active environment. Duties involve meeting, greeting and seating diners, coat duties, taking bookings and assisting waiting staff when necessary. Knowledge of Indian food useful.
Waiter/Waitress
The candidate should be friendly, enthusiastic and energetic, Experience and the ability to work cohensively within a team, are essential. Duties include setting and clearing tables, communicating effectively with clients, and passing orders promptly onto the floor co-ordinator. Knowledge of Indian cuisine would be an advantage
Floor Coordinator
The ideal candidate must be friendly with extensive restaurant experience of diverse drinks available, are necessary. Duties include seating guest, taking orders and coordinating services between floor staff & the kitchen.
Chef

The candidate should be able to work flexible hours and apply themselves to different duties such as disposal of refuse, general cleaning duties & some kitchen tasks.
Drivers
The candidate will own their own vehicle, suitable for the purpose of delivering foods, and must be in possession of clean driving licence. The intended delivery radius will cover up to approximately 5 miles. A good knowledge of the local geography is highly desirable.
