Established in 2008, Veer Dhara was born from Surinder Singh’s vision of bringing authentic North Indian Punjabi cuisine to St Albans. An entrepreneur based in Central India, he wanted to create a restaurant where rich culinary traditions, exceptional food and affordability go hand in hand.

We celebrate that vision through our varied menu and warm Punjabi hospitality. Hand-carved wooden furniture and the gentle sounds of Indian instrumental music reflect our heritage, creating an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere where you can relax, share a meal and feel at home.
